Had I never left my hometown,

I might never have known how breathtaking it truly is.

With the Die Mountains as its bones

and the Tao River as its lifeblood,

this landscape feels like a thangka left behind by the gods.

This is my hometown—Zhuoni.

是一名职业摄影师。

我去过许多地方，

离开家乡越久，

就越想念它。

My name is Jiumei Danzeng.

I’m a professional photographer.

I’ve been to many places,

but the longer I’m away from home,

the more deeply I long for it.

这是一片被自然深深眷顾的土地—

从原始森林到高山草甸，

从肥沃的河谷湿地到高耸威严的迭山山峰，

这里的美，无需雕琢，

只需一颗愿意停留的心。

This is a land profoundly blessed by nature.

from ancient forests to alpine meadows,

from fertile river valleys to the towering peaks of the Die Mountains.

Its beauty needs no artifice,

only a heart willing to linger.

在我出生的车巴沟，

有一座被时光遗忘的藏寨——尼巴村。

这个海拔将近3000米的高原村庄，

生活着许多百岁老人。

他们过着与世无争，

平静安宁的生活，

岁月在这里仿佛是静止的。

In Chebagou, the valley where I was born,

lies a a Tibetan village forgotten by time—Niba Village

Perched on a plateau nearly 3,000 meters above sea level.

this village is home to many centenarians.

They live a life of peace and simplicity, detached from worldly strife.

Here, time seems suspended.

这里依然延续着古老的藏家传统

日出而作，日落而息

几代人在一起

过着简单、恬静的生活。

尼巴村人的长寿

不仅因为自然的禀赋

更在于他们祖祖辈辈传承的洒脱、仁善与平和。

Here, ancient Tibetan traditions are still alive.

People rise with the sun and rest at dusk,

living simple and tranquil lives across generations together.

The villagers’ longevity

is not only a gift from nature,

but also a reflection of the grace, kindness, and inner peace

passed down through generations.

这些百岁老人诉说着卓尼的历史。

在历史上，

我们这里出过四代西藏摄政王、

二十位藏族土司。

最著名的土司杨积庆——

他曾两次开仓放粮，支援红军

让卓尼成为二万五千里长征路上的加油站。

These centenarians are living history books of Zhuoni.

In the past,

our land nurtured four regents of Tibet

and twenty Tibetan Tusi(hereditary chieftains).

Among them, the most renowned was Yang Jiqing,

who twice opened granaries to support the Red Army,

making Zhuoni a vital supply stop on the 25,000-li Long March.

走出百年藏寨，

踏上让无数年轻人魂牵梦绕的—江迭公路。

106公里的流转，

每一帧风景都让人心颤

Stepping out of the century-old village behind,

we set foot on the Jiangdie Road,

which has captured the dreams of Countless young souls.

Stretching 106 kilometers,

each frame of scenery takes your breath away.

当群山匍匐在脚下，

忽然懂得：

这条蜿蜒的天路，

原是指向内心的地图。

When the mountains bow beneath our feet,

we can suddenly realize:

this winding road through the clouds

is, in truth, a path into one’s heart.

卓尼的草原，是你最好的疗愈之地。

策马徐行，这里能装下所有的心事，

也能给你重新出发的勇气。

穿上三格毛服饰，跳起欢快的锅庄，

让快乐洗去一身疲惫。

Friend, if the noise of the city has worn you down,

Zhuoni’s grasslands are the perfect place to heal.

Ride slowly on horseback,

this land can hold all your worries,

and give you the courage to start a new journey ahead.

Put on the Sangemao attire,

join the joyful Guozhuang dance,

and let happiness wash away weariness.

听老人讲述藏地的往事，

在江迭公路的每个转弯处回首。

让经幡替你诉说心愿，

让雪山为你披上哈达。
