Yugur people have colorful and rich clothing culture. Women's clothing is mainly high-necked plaid robes and red tassels with headdresses and decorated with silver medals, coral, and other
precious items. Men usually wear robes, white felt hats, waist knives, fire sickles, and other ornaments. Yugur costumes is included in the second batch of the national intangible cultural heritage protection list.
裕固族服饰与建筑在演变发展过程中受到了生活环境当中地质地貌的影响，红缨帽的形态受到了丹霞地貌的影响，服饰上的流苏装饰受到了彩色丘陵地貌条带状色彩的启发，建筑方面也融入了很多地形地貌与生态环境元素。
