On the evening of November 3rd, the launch ceremony for China's International Premium Consumption Month was held in Shanghai, led by the Ministry of Commerce, with participation from five international consumption center cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, tianjin, and Chongqing. Guangzhou simultaneously launched its own activities as a sub-venue.
Guangzhou will also host the 2024 Guangzhou Global Consumption Month, focusing on five key segments: premium product launches, high-end shopping, exquisite cuisine, classic tourism, and spectacular performances, with a series of exciting events scheduled from November 1st through the end of the year.
Specifically, leveraging its status as a fashion capital, Guangzhou will organize over 400 new product launch events in conjunction with the 136th Canton Fair and host the 2024 China (Guangzhou) International Fashion Industry Conference. The city will also introduce guidelines, aiming to provide standards and models for the integrated development of commerce, Travel, culture, and sports.
In terms of premium shopping, Guangzhou will leverage its advantages as a customization hub, planning a series of events, including an international shopping festival, a Canton Fair inbound consumer festival, a live streaming e-commerce festival, an international beauty week, and a global consumer conference, as well as a brand automobile procurement season, promoting interaction between supply and demand. Additionally, Guangzhou will launch the "Buy Now Say WOW" City-Gift Expo to create a new shopping and tourism experience for inbound consumers.
In terms of exquisite cuisine, Guangzhou will capitalize on its reputation as a culinary destination, hosting a series of activities focusing on dim sum and gourmet cuisine. These initiatives will promote Cantonese cuisine, dim sum culture, and tea culture, Telling the story of food in Guangzhou and showcasing the charm of vibrant Guangzhou.
In terms of classic tourism, Guangzhou will enhance its appeal as a popular world tourism destination by expanding its ten "Guangzhou Super City" routes. 全国5市联动!中国国际精品消费月广州主题活动正式启动
11月3日晚,由商务部牵头,北京、上海、广州、天津、重庆等5个国际消费中心城市参与的中国国际消费中心城市精品消费月活动主会场启动仪式在上海举办,广州作为分会场同步启动。
据了解,广州将同步组织2024广州环球消费月活动,围绕精品首发、精品购物、精致美食、精典旅游、精彩展演五大环节,开展一系列精彩活动。广州的促消费活动从11月1日开始,持续到年底结束。
具体来说,广州将发挥时尚之都优势,依托第136届广交会,集中组织超400场新品首发首秀活动;举办中国(广州)时尚产业大会,同时在全国首创发布《广州首发空间指南》,为商旅文体健多元融合发展和消费空间市场化拓展,提供标准和示范。
在“精品购物·好采广州”方面,发挥广州定制之都优势,策划举办广州国际购物节、广交有礼入境消费节、广州直播电商节、广州国际美妆周、品牌汽车采购季和全球消费者大会等系列精品购物类活动,推动供需互促、产销联动。举办广州“必购必带”首展,打造入境消费精品商购游新场景。
在“精致美食·烟火广州”方面,发挥广州美食之都优势,重点举办广州精品美食周、羊城点心季、广州国际美食节等系列美食活动,通过推广粤菜文化、点心文化、饮茶文化,讲好“食在广州”故事,彰显“烟火广州”魅力。
在“精典旅游·大美广州”方面,发挥广州世界旅游目的地优势,拓展“环两山”线、西关古风线、欧陆风情线等10条“广州超City”路线,举办全国露营大会、长隆欢乐“玩圣节”等高流量节庆活动,扩大精品旅游服务供给,彰显“大美广州”魅力。
在“精品展演·粤韵广州”方面,发挥广州国家历史文化名城优势,借助广州展会流量优势,将文化、展览与精品购物结合,通过举办广州设计周、广州马拉松赛、广州国际灯光节等系列精品展演活动,彰显“粤韵广州”魅力。
