Today, Dengfeng has fostered 4 national-level "Little Giant" enterprises that are specialized and sophisticated enterprises producing new and unique products, as well as 38 provincial-level enterprises of the same type. The city is steadily advancing in building three major industrial clusters: new materials, equipment manufacturing, and aluminum processing.

Dengfeng has also had the foresight to take the lead in the new low-altitude economy sector.
