During the Spring Festival holiday period from February 15 to 23, the Kuitun power grid maintained safe and stable operations with ample electricity supply and reliable service assurance. State Grid Kuitun Power Supply Company has successfully completed its power supply assurance mission for the Spring Festival holiday, ensuring that the general public enjoyed a bright and harmonious Lunar New Year celebration.

To ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid during the Spring Festival period, Kuitun Company made advance arrangements for security and stability, power supply assurance, quality service, and holiday duty scheduling. The company promptly established a leading group for power supply assurance, meticulously developed a comprehensive assurance work plan, and thoroughly identified 35 key substations and 49 transmission lines serving critical facilities including government agencies, transportation hubs, tourist attractions, and public venues. The company intensified equipment inspections and hidden hazard remediation, closely monitored load variations, strictly controlled safety protocols for operations, emergency repairs, and construction personnel, and drove dynamic elimination of hidden hazards in heavily loaded lines and equipment.

For critical transmission and transformation equipment within the Kuitun power grid, Kuitun Company implemented a 24-hour duty system. Power supply assurance personnel were organized to conduct comprehensive patrols using an integrated "visualization plus on-site" inspection model. Daily "blind-spot-free" special patrols were carried out on equipment serving important customers across the jurisdiction, including government departments, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, and television stations. The company maintained close surveillance of load fluctuations and abnormal conditions, inspecting for hazards such as external damage to lines and equipment, wind disasters, ice and snow accumulation, ensuring that any faults were promptly and properly addressed to guarantee reliable power supply for residential life and critical customers throughout the service area.

During the Spring Festival power supply assurance period, Kuitun Company conducted a cumulative total of 123 substation inspections and 561 line patrols. The company deployed 468 person-shifts of duty personnel and 290 vehicle sorties, providing a reliable guarantee for safe power supply during the holiday assurance period. (By Xu Zhanqing)
