在中国西南版图上，北纬27°与1500米宜居海拔交织出了一座“中国航天城 阳光康养地”——西昌。这里是中国最大的彝族聚居区凉山彝族自治州的首府，自古以来便是南方丝绸之路上的西南重镇，两千余年的历史长河赋予其包容与开放的深厚底蕴。

Xichang is one of China's three major satellite launch centers, where missions such as the Chang'e lunar exploration program have taken flight, turning ancient legends of the moon into scientific reality. This unique identity has earned it the nickname “Moon City”. Besides the profound technological connotation, Xichang is becoming the emerging center for tourism, health living and regional development, too.

Blessed with an average annual temperature of around 18°C and excellent air quality, Xichang offers an exceptional natural environment. Qionghai Lake—Sichuan's second-largest freshwater lake—lies like a jewel beside Lushan Mountain, forming a harmonious landscape where mountains, water, and urban life coexist.

Jacaranda Season: A City in Bloom
在这座集航天、生态、历史与民族风情于一体的城市中，一抹来自南半球的蓝紫色，成了西昌独有的季节浪漫。从1994年的600余株试种，到如今全城5万余株的盛景，蓝花楹早已不仅是一种外来植物，更在2020年被正式评选为西昌市市树。它把西昌的春天，揉成了一片梦幻的蓝色梦境。
Amid this dynamic blend of space science, ecology, and culture, jacaranda trees have become a defining symbol of Xichang. First introduced in 1994, the trees have grown from a modest trial planting into a spectacular urban landscape of more than 50,000 trees, and were officially designated as the city tree in 2020.
每年四月至五月，仿佛是大自然打翻了调色盘，航天北路率先化身“网红紫色长廊”，茂密的树冠在蓝天下交织出一条绚丽的隧道，花瓣随风飘落，氤氲出一场唯美的童话。此外，建昌路的古朴、邛海湿地的潋滟湖光、大石板古村的历史残垣，都与这抹温柔的蓝紫相映成趣。
From April to May each year, the city transforms into a sea of violet. Hangtian North Road is especially famous for its breathtaking “jacaranda corridor”, where arching branches form a canopy of blossoms under the spring sky. Petals drift gently through the air, creating an almost dreamlike atmosphere.
Beyond the main avenues, jacarandas complement the historic charm of Jianchang Road, the shimmering waters of the Qionghai wetlands, and the timeless character of Dashiban Ancient Village, blending nature and heritage into a uniquely poetic landscape.
