On April 9, 2026, Olga Soltesz and other American witnesses of “Ping-Pong Diplomacy” visited the Palace Museum in Beijing. Ahead of the 55th anniversary of the historic exchange, three former U.S. athletes and more than 150 young Americans will attend a commemorative event in Beijing on April 10 and witness the launch of the 2026 China-U.S. Youth Sports Exchange Program.
